BODY STICKING TAPE OR BODY STICKING SHEET, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body sticking tape or a body sticking sheet in which the stuffiness and rash are hard to be generated and the pain caused when the sticking tape or sheet is removed from skin can be reduced.SOLUTION: A body sticking tape or a body sticking sheet includes a support base 10 and an adhesive layer 20. The body sticking tape or the body sticking sheet is configured as follows: its moisture permeability is 800-2500 g/m/24h; the adhesive layer 20 is hydrogel with a mass per unit area of 70-360 g/mand a thickness of 60-300 μm; the adhesive layer 20 has the absorbency after 15 minutes of 5 times or more and the absorbency after 60 minutes of 10 times or more, and an adhesion retention rate determined in the following expression (1) of 20% or less: adhesion retention rate (%)=100×T/T(1). In the expression (1), the Tis the adhesion obtained by sticking a measurement sample on a phenol resin plate and measuring in accordance with JIS Z0237 after 1 hour passage under 25°C and 40% RH conditions, and the Tis the adhesion obtained by measuring in accordance with JIS Z0237 after 1 hour immersion of the measured sample after 1 hour passage in an ion exchange water at 37°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ムレやかぶれが生じにくく、かつ、皮膚から剥がす際の痛みを軽減できる身体貼着用テープ又は身体貼着用シート。【解決手段】支持基材１０と粘着剤層２０とを備え、透湿度は、８００〜２５００ｇ／ｍ２・２４ｈ、粘着剤層２０は、７０〜３６０ｇ／ｍ２、厚さ６０〜３００μｍのハイドロゲルであり、粘着剤層２０は、１５分後吸水倍率が５倍以上、６０分後吸水倍率が１０倍以上であり、かつ下記式（１）で求められる粘着力維持率が２０％以下である身体貼着用テープ又は身体貼着用シート。粘着力維持率（％）＝１００×Ｔ１／Ｔ０・・・（１）、ただし前記Ｔ０は、ベークライト板に測定サンプルを貼り付け、２５℃４０％ＲＨ条件下で１時間経過後、ＪＩＳ Ｚ０２３７に準拠して測定した粘着力である。Ｔ１は、前記の１時間経過後の測定サンプルを、３７℃のイオン交換水に１時間浸漬後、ＪＩＳ Ｚ０２３７に準拠して測定した粘着力である。【選択図】図１
