Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that can illuminate a subject even when the distance from the imaging device to the subject varies, and suppress degradation of a pickup image.SOLUTION: An imaging device has an imaging unit having an imaging element 26, a zoom lens 22 and a first illumination unit (zoom illumination unit 23) for illuminating a subject, a mount table on which the imaging unit is mounted, a dome cover enclosing the imaging unit together with the mount table, a second illumination unit (wide illumination units 51A to F) which is disposed at the peripheral end portion of the mount table and illuminates the outside of the mount table, an information acquiring unit for acquiring instruction information for instructing the angle of view of the lens, and an illumination controller 58 for controlling a lighting angle of the first illumination unit 23 based on the instruction information.
