Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variation in load resistance characteristic, and prevent overload without utilizing an internal space surrounded by a stationary portion, a movable portion and upper and lower beam parts.SOLUTION: A load cell includes: a stationary part 2; a displaceable movable part 3; a strain body 30 that comprises a metal material integrally having an upper beam part 19 and a lower beam part 20. The load cell has a stopper 12 that extends from the side of the stationary part 2 to the lower side of the lower beam part 20 and the movable part 3, and regulates displacement of the movable part 3. The movable part 3 and the stopper 12 have opposite surfaces sandwiching a penetration groove 11 and opposite to each other in a vertical direction. Between the opposite surfaces, formed is a gap for a stopper that regulates displacement of the movable part 3 downward and displacement thereof upward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】耐荷重特性のばらつきを低減すると共に、固定部位、可動部位、上下のビーム部によって囲まれた内部空間を利用することなく、過負荷を防止できるようにする。【解決手段】固定部2と、変位可能な可動部3と、上ビーム部19と、下ビーム部20とを一体に有する金属材料からなる起歪体30を備え、前記固定部2側から下ビーム部20及び可動部3の下側へ延出して、可動部3の変位を規制するストッパ12を有し、可動部3及びストッパ12は、貫通溝11を挟んで上下方向に互いに対向する対向面を有し、両対向面間に、可動部3の下向への変位及び上方への変位をそれぞれ規制するストッパ用隙間が形成される。【選択図】図2 |
