Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dryer, a coating membrane forming device and a drying method capable of accurately judging whether or not a temperature in a drying furnace reaches a target temperature while restricting the requisite number of thermometers.SOLUTION: This dryer comprises hot air supply mechanisms 60, 70 for supplying hot air into a drying furnace 50 and discharging mechanisms 80, 90 for discharging gas from inside of the drying furnace 50. In addition, the discharging mechanisms 80, 90 comprise discharging pipes 81, 91 extending from a plurality of discharging ports 33, 34 arranged in the drying furnace 50 toward outside of the drying furnace 50; and discharging gas thermometers 83, 93 for measuring a temperature of gas in the discharging pipes 81, 91. Due to this arrangement, it is possible to perform an accurate judgement whether or not the temperature in the drying furnace 50 reaches the target temperature on the basis of the measured values of the discharging gas thermometers 83, 93. When a drying treatment is started, a transferring of base material 9 is started after the measured values of the discharging gas thermometers 83, 93 reach to the prescribed reference values. With this arrangement as above, it is possible to reduce poor drying of the base material 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】温度計の必要数を抑えながら、乾燥炉内の温度が目標温度に到達したかどうかを精度よく判断できる乾燥装置、塗工膜形成装置、および乾燥方法を提供する。【解決手段】この乾燥装置は、乾燥炉50の内部に熱風を供給する熱風供給機構60,70と、乾燥炉50の内部から気体を排出する排気機構80.90と、を備えている。また、排気機構80,90は、乾燥炉50内に設けられた複数の排気口33,34から乾燥炉50の外部へ向けて延びる排気配管81,91と、排気配管81,91内の気体の温度を計測する排気温度計83,93と、を有する。このため、排気温度計83,93の計測値に基づいて、乾燥炉50内の温度が目標温度に到達したかどうかを、精度よく判断できる。乾燥処理を開始するときには、排気温度計83,93の計測値が予め定められた基準値に到達した後に、基材9の搬送を開始させる。これにより、基材9の乾燥不良を低減できる。【選択図】図3 |
