Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode material having a low resistance and a band conduction property.SOLUTION: An electrode material has the following features: an average grain diameter is not more than 50 μm and activation energy Eof band conduction is not less than 0.20 eV. An electrical resistivity is not more than 1000 Ω cm at a normal temperature (25°C) and preferably the electrode material exhibits a band conduction property. Also, preferably the electrode material has an oxygen deficiency or a deficiency caused by an impurity dope. More preferably, a carrier density is not more than 1×10cm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 低抵抗でバンド伝導特性を有する電極材料を提供する。【解決手段】 平均粒径50μm以下、バンド伝導の活性化エネルギーEαが0.20eV以上であることを特徴とする電極材料。また、常温(25℃)での抵抗率が1000Ωcm以下であり、バンド伝導特性を示すことが好ましい。また、酸素欠損または不純物ドープによる欠損を有することが好ましい。また、キャリア密度が1×1017cm−3以下であることが好ましい。【選択図】 図1
