Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode material having a low resistance and a band conduction property.SOLUTION: An electrode material has the following features: an average grain diameter is not more than 50 μm and activation energy Eof band conduction is not less than 0.20 eV. An electrical resistivity is not more than 1000 Ω cm at a normal temperature (25°C) and preferably the electrode material exhibits a band conduction property. Also, preferably the electrode material has an oxygen deficiency or a deficiency caused by an impurity dope. More preferably, a carrier density is not more than 1×10cm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】低抵抗でバンド伝導特性を有する電極材料を提供する。【解決手段】平均粒径５０μｍ以下、バンド伝導の活性化エネルギーＥαが０．２０ｅＶ以上であることを特徴とする電極材料。また、常温（２５℃）での抵抗率が１０００Ωｃｍ以下であり、バンド伝導特性を示すことが好ましい。また、酸素欠損または不純物ドープによる欠損を有することが好ましい。また、キャリア密度が１×１０１７ｃｍ−３以下であることが好ましい。【選択図】図１
