SAFETY DEVICE FOR DECK DOOR IN HIGH-LIFT WORK VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device for a deck door in a high-lift work vehicle which can prevent unexpected opening of a deck door.SOLUTION: The safety device for a deck door in a high-lift work vehicle comprises above-ground height detection means 11, 12, 21 for detecting an above-ground height of a deck 140, locking means 30 for locking a deck door 143, change-over means 22 which performs change-over between locking and unlocking of the locking means 30. The change-over means 22 unlocks the locking means 30 when an above-ground height detected by the above-ground height detection means 11, 12, 21 is lower than a threshold, and locks the locking means 30 when the detected above-ground height is equal to or higher than the threshold. Unexpected opening of the deck door 143 due to contact with an object or oscillation can be prevented with the deck 140 moved to a high place. Further, when an operator boards the deck at ground, the deck door 143 is automatically unlocked, and therefore, the operator does not need to be aware of locking and unlocking of the deck door 143.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】デッキ扉が不意に開くことを防止できる高所作業車におけるデッキ扉の安全装置を提供する。【解決手段】デッキ140の地上高を検出する地上高検出手段１１、１２、２１と、デッキ扉143を施錠する施錠手段３０と、施錠手段３０の施錠と解錠とを切り替える切替手段２２とを備え、切替手段２２は、地上高検出手段１１、１２、２１により検出された地上高が、閾値より低い場合に施錠手段３０を解錠し、閾値以上の場合に施錠手段３０を施錠する。デッキ140を高所に移動させた状態で物体との接触や振動によってデッキ扉143が不意に開くことを防止できる。また、地上乗り込みの際には自動でデッキ扉143が解錠され、作業員がデッキ扉143の施錠・解錠を意識する必要がない。【選択図】図１
