Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus of which workability during coating and cleaning can be improved.SOLUTION: A coating material feeding device 10 is a circulation system equipped with: a coating material supply source 11; a pump 12; a coating material forward path 13; a coating material return path 14; a pressure reduction valve 15; a back pressure valve 16; and a first coupler 17 which can be connected to a coating material introduction part 26 of a hand gun 20. An atomization air route 31 has a second coupler 33 which can be connected to an atomization air introduction part 27 of the hand gun 20, a cleaning fluid route 50 can be separated via a coupling from a first on-off valve 42 for opening/closing a flow of a solvent and a second on-off valve 36 for opening/closing a flow of cleaning air, and further has a third coupler 55 which can be connected to both of the coating material introduction part 26 and the atomization air introduction part 27. Thus, drive of the pump, supply of atomized air, circulation of the solvent, and supply of cleaning air are carried out by compressed air supplied from a compressed air supply source 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】塗装時および洗浄時の作業性を向上することが可能な塗装装置を提供する。【解決手段】塗料供給装置10は、塗料供給源11と、ポンプ12と、塗料往路13と、塗料復路14と、減圧弁15と、背圧弁16と、ハンドガン20の塗料導入部26に接続可能な第1カプラ17を備える循環式であり、霧化エア経路31は、ハンドガン20の霧化エア導入部27に接続可能な第2カプラ33を有し、洗浄流体経路50は、溶剤の流れを開閉する第1開閉弁42および洗浄エアの流れを開閉する第2開閉弁36に対してそれぞれ継手を介して分離可能で、さらに、塗料導入部26にも霧化エア導入部27にも接続可能な第3カプラ55を有し、ポンプの駆動と、霧化エアの供給と、溶剤の流通と、洗浄エアの供給とが、圧縮空気供給源30から供給される圧縮エアにより行われる。【選択図】図1
