PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nail enamel removing device in which a sponge body at an insertion opening part, into which a finger is inserted, is enabled to surely rotate relative to a nail of the finger.SOLUTION: The nail enamel removing device is provided with: a bottomed cylindrical container main body (10) opened at an upper part thereof; a sponge body (20) that has a hole (21) or slits (22) allowing insertion of the finger, and mounted, in a state of being impregnated with an enamel removing liquid, in the container main body; a liquid-leaking prevention member (30) that is attached and secured at an edge of the opening at the upper part of the container main body, and has a convexoconcave part (32) that is in press-contact with an outside peripheral part of an upper surface of the sponge body; a ring body (40) that is positioned below the liquid-leaking prevention member and rotatably mounted on an outer peripheral surface of the container main body; and a cap (50) that covers the opening at the upper part of the container main body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】指が挿入される挿入開口部分におけるスポンジ体が指の爪に対して確実に相対回転し得るようにした爪エナメル除去器を提供する。【解決手段】爪エナメル除去器は、上部開口の有底円筒状の容器本体（１０）と、指の挿入を可能とする穴（２１）または切り込み（２２）を有し、エナメル除去液を含浸させた状態で容器本体内に装入されるスポンジ体（２０）と、容器本体の上部開口縁に固定して取り付けられ、スポンジ体の上面の外側円周部に圧接する凹凸部（３２）を持つ液漏れ防止部材（３０）と、液漏れ防止部材の下方に位置し、容器本体の外周面上に回転自在に装着されるリング体（４０）と、容器本体の上部開口を覆うキャップ（５０）とを備える。【選択図】図３
