Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power cable connection device of which the structure is simplified, which reduces the number of components, has a required strength without complication and enlargement and can be connected and assembled with a high positional precision through few steps and in a short time.SOLUTION: A power cable connection device 1 includes: a rubber block unit 10; a female-side connection terminal 11 that is fixed into the rubber block unit; a male-side connection terminal 12 which is fixed to an end of a conductor 31 of a power cable 30; and a lock pin 13 held on a sidewall 11b2 of a recess 11a into which the male-side connection terminal is inserted, in the female-side connection terminal, so as to protrude into the recess. A lock groove 12a is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the male-side connection terminal and electrically connected by inserting the male-side connection terminal. The lock pin is brought into contact with the male-side connection terminal (a guide surface 12b thereof), pulls in the rubber block unit while elastically deforming it, and is then dropped into the lock groove by an elastic force of the rubber block unit and mechanically coupled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】構造が簡素で部品点数が少なく、複雑化、大型化を招くことなく必要な強度を有し、少ない工程で短時間に位置精度よく接続、組立が可能である電力ケーブル接続装置を提供する。【解決手段】電力ケーブル接続装置1は、ゴムブロックユニット10と、ゴムブロックユニットの内部に固定されたメス側接続端子11と、電力ケーブル30の導体31の端部に固定されるオス側接続端子12と、メス側接続端子のオス側接続端子が挿入される凹部11aの側壁11b2に同凹部内に突出するように保持されたロックピン13とを備える。オス側接続端子の外周面にロック溝12aが形成されており、オス側接続端子の挿入により電気的に接続するとともに、ロックピンがオス側接続端子(の案内面12b)に接触してゴムブロックユニットを弾性変形させつつ引き込んだ後、ゴムブロックユニットの弾性力によりロック溝に落とし込まれて機械的に連結する。【選択図】図2 |
