Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable enhancement of the operation efficiency and power saving in an abduction type induction motor used for a ceiling fan, etc.SOLUTION: A shaft 6 having a stepped structure that the outer peripheral surface thereof has a small diameter portion 6b and a large diameter portion 6a in the longitudinal direction is press-fitted in a stator iron core 7 having a shaft hole 7a at the center thereof, and a step portion 6c formed in the large diameter portion 6a is brought into contact with the upper end face of the stator iron core 7, thereby achieving an abduction type induction motor in which the perpendicularity between the shaft 6 and the stator iron core 7 can be kept, and the dimension of a gap 11 can be reduced, so that the operation efficiency can be enhanced and power saving can be performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】本発明は天井扇などに用いられる外転型誘導電動機において、運転効率を向上して省電力化を図ることを目的とする。【解決手段】中心に軸孔7aを有する固定子鉄心7に、外周面が長手方向に小径部6bと大径部6aからなる段付き構造を有する軸6を圧入するとともに、大径部6aに形成される段部6cを固定子鉄心7の上端面に当接させるという構成にしたことにより、軸6と固定子鉄心7の垂直度が保たれ、空隙11の寸法を狭めることが可能となり運転効率が向上でき、省電力化が図れる外転型誘導電動機を得られる。【選択図】図2 |
