Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample holder capable of enhancing power efficiency.SOLUTION: A sample holder 10 includes an insulating substrate 1 composed of ceramics and having a sample holding surface 11 on the principal surface, an electrostatic attraction electrode 2 provided in the insulating substrate 1, and a feeding terminal 3 connected electrically with the electrostatic attraction electrode 2. The electrostatic attraction electrode 2 has a plurality of through holes 21 in which ceramic has entered, and the plurality of through holes 21 are elongated in a direction separating from the connection with the feeding terminal 3 in the electrostatic attraction electrode 2. Since a current flowing from the feeding terminal 3 can be hardly disturbed, power efficiency can be enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 電力効率を向上させることができる試料保持具を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の試料保持具10は、セラミックスから成り、主面に試料保持面11を有する絶縁基板1と、絶縁基板1の内部に設けられた静電吸着用電極2と、静電吸着用電極2に電気的に接続された給電端子3とを備えており、静電吸着用電極2はセラミックスが入り込んだ複数の貫通孔21を有しており、複数の貫通孔21は、静電吸着用電極2における給電端子3との接続部から離れる方向に長い形状である。これにより、給電端子3から流れる電流を妨げにくくすることができるので、電力効率を向上させることができる。【選択図】 図1
