PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change kinds of transactions which can be executed.SOLUTION: A bill deposit and withdrawal machine is configured so that, a high function version module or low function version module can be attached to each of a servicing attachment part, classification attachment part, and a bill storage attachment part, and operation is possible in a state that a temporary holding part is attached to or detached from a temporary holding attachment part. Therefore the bill deposit and withdrawal machine operates in a low function mode and functions as a withdrawal machine, when the respective modules of low function version are attached, and can perform transaction processing which does not handle money between the machine and a user. The bill deposit and withdrawal machine operates in a high function mode and functions as an ATM when the respective modules of high function version are attached, and the temporary holding part is attached, and can perform transaction processing which is followed by deposit, between the machine and a user, such as deposit transaction, in addition to respective functions of the withdrawal machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】実行可能な取引の種類を容易に変更し得るようにする。【解決手段】紙幣入出金機は、接客取付部、鑑別取付部及び紙幣収納取付部にそれぞれ高機能版又は低機能版のモジュールを取り付け得るようにし、また一時保留取付部に対し、一時保留部を取り付けた状態、又は取り外した状態において運用し得るようにした。このため紙幣入出金機は、低機能版の各モジュールが取り付けられていれば、低機能モードで動作することで出金機として機能し、利用者との間で入金を伴わない取引処理を行うことができる。また紙幣入出金機は、高機能版の各モジュールが取り付けられ、且つ一時保留部が取り付けられていれば、高機能モードで動作することでＡＴＭとして機能し、出金機としての各機能に加えて、利用者との間で入金取引のように入金を伴う取引処理を行うことができる。【選択図】図８
