【課題】熱交換器の強度を簡便且つ好適に検査し得る熱交換器の品質検査方法を提供を提供する。【解決手段】内部に第一流体を流通させる複数の伝熱チューブと、該複数の伝熱チューブを包囲するシェルとを備えてなり、前記伝熱チューブと前記シェルの間の空間に第二流体を給排させ、前記第一流体と前記第二流体との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器の強度を検査するにあたり、前記伝熱チューブと前記シェルの間の空間に対し、圧力供給装置4から検査用流体Gを送り込んで圧力を加え、熱交換器2の破損に伴う異音を音波センサ5を用いて検出する。【選択図】図1 |
