Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high temperature heat air drier capable of operating with less power by simultaneously allowing to act on the heating function and the cooling function in one device while stably producing high temperature air suitable for drying using heat air.SOLUTION: A high temperature heat air drier uses an air cycle type chiller constituted of a compressor 21, an air-to-air heat exchanger 30, and an expander 22. A mixer 50 is provided on the entrance side of the compressor 21. The heat exchanger 30 includes: a high pressure heat radiation side passage 31; and a low pressure suction-force side passage 32, and a diffluence valve 44 is provided along a second outlet passage 42 connected to the low pressure suction-force side passage 32; and high temperature air from the low pressure suction-force side passage 32 is divided by the diffluence valve 44 into air supplied to the mixer 50 and exhaust air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】熱風を用いた乾燥に適する高温の空気を安定的に発生させることに加えて、1台の装置で加熱機能と冷却機能を同時に作用させ、少ない電力で運転できる高温乾燥装置を提供する。【解決手段】圧縮機21と空気対空気熱交換器30と膨張機22から構成される空気サイクル式冷却装置を用いる。圧縮機21の入口側に混合器50を設ける。熱交換器30は、高圧放熱側通路31と、低圧吸熱側通路32とを有し、低圧吸熱側通路32につながる第2出口通路42に分流弁44を設け、低圧吸熱側通路32からの高温空気を分流弁44にて、混合器50に供給する空気と、排気とする空気とに分ける。【選択図】 図1
