POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR FOAM MOLDING AND FOAM MOLDED BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene resin composition for foam molding excellent in surface appearance performance such as a black stripe or a dimple, good in balance of physical properties such as flowability and rigidity, capable of reducing weight largely, excellent in recyclability and good in environmental adaptability, and a foam molded body.SOLUTION: There is provided a polypropylene resin composition for foam molding or the like by blending, melting and mixing 84 to 93 pts.wt. of a propylene ethylene block copolymer (A) satisfying properties (A-i) to (A-v), 3 to 8 pts.wt. of a propylene ethylene block copolymer (B) satisfying properties (B-i) to (B-iii), 1 to 8 pts.wt. of an ethylene octene copolymer elastomer (C), and a nucleating agent of 0.05 to 1 pts.wt. and organic peroxide (E) of 0.01 to 1 pts.wt. based on total 100 pts.wt. of the component A, component B and component C.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】曲面や開口部を有する形状が複雑な金型で使用した場合において、黒スジやディンプルといった表面外観性能に優れ、流動性や剛性といった物性のバランスが良く、大幅な軽量化が可能で、かつリサイクル性にも優れ、環境適応性も良好な発泡成形用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物および発泡成形体を提供する。【解決手段】特性（Ａ−ｉ）〜（Ａ−ｖ）を満足するプロピレン・エチレンブロック共重合体（Ａ）８４〜９３重量部と、特性（Ｂ−ｉ）〜（Ｂ−ｉｉｉ）を満足するプロピレン・エチレンブロック共重合体（Ｂ）３〜８重量部と、特性（Ｃ−ｉ）〜（Ｃ−ｉｉｉ）を満足するエチレン・オクテン共重合体エラストマー（Ｃ）１〜８重量部と、成分Ａと成分Ｂと成分Ｃとの合計１００重量部に対し、造核剤（Ｄ）０．０５〜１重量部と、有機過酸化物（Ｅ）０．０１〜１重量部とを、混合し、溶融、混練してなることを特徴とする発泡成形用ポリプロピレン系樹脂組成物など。【選択図】なし
