PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide extracellular targeted drug conjugates.SOLUTION: The invention relates to an extracellular drug conjugate (EDC) in which an antibody or other targeting agent (for example, a targeting moiety) is linked to a drug through a linker (for example, a non-cleavable linker). These conjugates are useful for disease treatment and/or as a tool in the evaluation of biological systems.
