Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite structure of metal and reinforced fiber thermoplastic resin and a method of manufacturing the same, in which weight reduction and high rigidity can be achieved, and assembly work or the like is facilitated.SOLUTION: A composite structure of metal and reinforced fiber thermoplastic resin comprises: a first constituent member which is formed into a desired shape, and is made of a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin obtained by containing reinforced fiber in a thermoplastic resin; metallic second constituent members which are structural members installed at desired positions of the first constituent member and on the one side of each of which an opening is formed, and in which one type or more types of treatment selected from primer coating, surface treatment by laser, surface treatment by mechanical treatment, and surface treatment by chemical treatment is applied to the surface of an inner peripheral part; and a bonding resin member made of the thermoplastic resin which is provided between the first constituent member and the second constituent members, whose one face is integrally fixed to the thermoplastic resin of the first constituent member and whose other face and side faces are integrally fixed to the surface of the inner peripheral part to which the treatment of the second constituent members is applied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】軽量化と高剛性化が図れ、組立作業等が容易な金属と強化繊維熱可塑性樹脂の複合構造体とその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】本発明は、所望の形状に形成され、熱可塑性樹脂に強化繊維が含有された繊維強化熱可塑性樹脂製の第1の構成部材と、第1の構成部材の所望の位置に設置され、一方の側に開口部が形成された構造部材であって、内周部の表面に、プライマー塗布、レーザによる表面処理、機械的処理による表面処理、及び、化学的処理による表面処理から選択される1種以上の処理が施された金属製の第2の構成部材と、第1の構成部材と第2の構成部材との間に設けられ、他方の面及び側面が第2の構成部材の処理が施された内周部の表面に一体に固着されるとともに、一方の面が第1の構成部材の熱可塑性樹脂と一体に固着される熱可塑性樹脂製の接合樹脂部材とからなる。【選択図】図1
