Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feedback pulse width modulator capable of reducing a conversion time while maintaining predetermined resolution when applied to an A/D conversion device, and capable of improving resolution in the case of an identical conversion time.SOLUTION: In a feedback pulse width modulator, which includes an integrator and a negative feedback path of an output signal, and is configured to change the pulse width of a pulse signal having a predetermined period, according to the magnitude of an analog input signal, the feedback pulse width modulator further includes an amplifier which amplifies a low frequency component of a difference between the analog input signal and the output signal fed back through the negative feedback path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】A/D変換装置に適用したときに所定の分解能を維持しながら変換時間を短縮でき、同一の変換時間であれば分解能を向上させることができる帰還型パルス幅変調器を提供することにある。【解決手段】積分器と出力信号の負帰還経路を備え、所定の周期を有するパルス信号のパルス幅をアナログ入力信号の大きさに応じて変化させるように構成された帰還型パルス幅変調器において、前記アナログ入力信号と前記負帰還経路を介して帰還される出力信号との差分の低周波成分を増幅する増幅器を設けたことを特徴とするもの。【選択図】 図1
