A control unit 200 is configured to control an amount of rotation of the movable electrode 120. A light-amount control unit is configured to control at least one of an amount of light of the incident light before reflected by the movable electrode 120 and an amount of light of the incident light after reflected by the movable electrode 120 on the basis of the amount of rotation of the movable electrode 120. In an example as shown in Fig. 1, the light-amount control unit is a light source control unit 520, which controls the amount of light of incident light before reflected by the movable electrode 120 on the basis of the amount of rotation of the movable electrode 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】光が走査される位置によって光量が変化することに起因した影響を小さくする。【解決手段】可動電極120は回転軸を中心に回転し、かつ、入射光を反射する。制御部200は可動電極120の回転量を制御する。光量制御部は、可動電極120の回転量に基づいて、可動電極120に反射される前の入射光の光量、及び可動電極120に反射された後の入射光の光量の少なくとも一方を制御する。図1に示す例において、光量制御部は光源制御部520であり、可動電極120の回転量に基づいて、可動電極120に反射される前の入射光の光量を制御している。【選択図】図1 |
