PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device 1 for detecting the movement of an object to be detected and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A first core is provided in one magnet and a second core is provided in the other magnet. An insulation member 20 has a first bobbin 21 provided on the radial outside of the first core, a holder part 23 for accommodating the magnets, and a second bobbin 22 provided on the radial outside of the second core. A first terminal 31 and a second terminal 32 are secured to a terminal fixation part 24.
