Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict belt meander positively for a long period of time even in a belt conveyor such as depanner etc.in which a self-aligning mechanism cannot be installed at a driven side.SOLUTION: A belt 1 is applied in an endless manner between a driving-side pulley 2 and a driven-side roller. The driving-side pulley 2 comprises a shaft 9; a pulley barrel 11 outwardly fitted to the shaft 9; a torque transmission pulley 13 fixed at a central part of the pulley barrel 11 in such a way that it may not be relatively rotated; split-type pulleys 15a to 15c, 16a to 16c freely fitted to the pulley barrel 11 at both side of the torque transmission pulley 13; and flanges 15a-1, 16c-1 arranged at the outer-most side of the split-type pulley. A spherical part 9a formed at the central part of a shaft 9 is supported at a spherical bearing 10 integrally attached to an inner circumferential surface of the pulley barrel 11 in such a way that it may not be relatively rotated, and at the same time, the pulley barrel 11 is oscillatably supported in respect to the shaft 9 and the torque transmission pulley 13 is composed of a resilient layer such as a super-soft material layer 13a and a cushion layer 14 and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】デパンナー等、従動側に自動調芯機構を配備できないベルトコンベアであっても、ベルト蛇行を長期間にわたり確実に抑止する。【解決手段】駆動側プーリ2と従動側ローラとの間にベルト1がエンドレス状にかけ渡され、駆動側プーリ2は、シャフト9と、シャフト9に外嵌されるプーリ胴11と、プーリ胴11の中央部に相対回転できないよう固着されたトルク伝達プーリ13と、トルク伝達プーリ13の両側でプーリ胴11に遊嵌される分割型プーリ15a〜15c、16a〜16cと、該分割型プーリの最外側に設けたフランジ15a−1、16c−1とから構成される。シャフト9の中央部に形成された球状部9aを、プーリ胴11の内周面に一体的に取り付けられた球面軸受け10に相対回転できないように支持させるとともに、プーリ胴11をシャフト9に対し揺動可能に支持し、トルク伝達プーリ13を、極軟材層13aやクッション層14等の弾力層により構成した。【選択図】 図2
