Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assemblability, maintainability, operational reliability, and durability of a vacuum lift device.SOLUTION: A vacuum lift device 100 comprises: a cylinder 1; a piston 2 slidably provided in the cylinder 1; a suction pad 6 disposed in close contact with the surface of an object M being conveyed, and configured to suck the object M according to the drive of the piston 2 and to separate the sucked object M; a valve device 11 and valve switch unit 41 disposed outside the cylinder 1. The valve switch unit 41 comprises: a rotation shaft rotatably supported by a main cylindrical part 42; a ratchet wheel and cam member attached to the rotation shaft; and a ratchet wheel drive member that rotates the rotation shaft via the ratchet wheel. Using a pressing member 4 attached to a piston rod 2a, the ratchet wheel drive member is pushed down to switch the valve device 11 by means of the cam member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】真空リフト装置の組立性、メンテナンス性、動作信頼性、耐久性を高める。【解決手段】シリンダ1と、シリンダ1内に摺動可能に設けられたピストン2と、搬送物Mの表面に密着され、ピストン2の駆動に応じて搬送物Mの吸着と吸着された搬送物Mの離脱とを行う吸着パッド6と、シリンダ1の外部に配置されたバルブ装置11及びバルブ切換ユニット41をもって真空リフト装置100を構成する。バルブ切換ユニット41は、主円筒部42に回転可能に支持された回転軸と、当該回転軸に取り付けられた爪車及びカム部材と、爪車を介して回転軸を回転する爪車駆動部材をもって構成する。爪車駆動部材をピストン棒2aに取り付けられた押圧部材4を用いて押し下げ、カム部材によりバルブ装置11の切換を行う。【選択図】図1
