Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately detect an actual position of a connector housing at relatively low cost and to rightly correct the position.SOLUTION: A connector housing position detection device includes; a laser sensor 50 with which an optical axis 51a is disposed in a direction substantially orthogonal with a movement direction of a movement route of a connector housing 80 disposed on a stationary platen 10; and a position control part by which, when moving the connector housing 80, on the basis of a signal outputted by the laser sensor 50, one end position and another end position corresponding to an external shape contour of the connector housing 80 in the direction of movement are detected and on the basis of the one-end position and other-end position which are detected, a reference position of the connector housing 80 is identified by calculation. An angle is acquired as positional information in timing when the presence/absence of laser shield is switched, and a central position of the connector housing 80 in a width direction is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】コネクタハウジングの実際の位置を比較的低コストで、且つ高い精度で検出し位置を正しく補正する。【解決手段】固定盤10上に配置されたコネクタハウジング80の移動経路の移動方向とほぼ直交する方向に向けて光軸51aが配置されたレーザセンサ50と、コネクタハウジング80が移動する時に、レーザセンサ50が出力する信号に基づいて、コネクタハウジング80の移動方向の外形形状輪郭に相当する一端位置及び他端位置を検出し、検出された前記一端位置及び他端位置に基づき、コネクタハウジング80の基準位置を計算により特定する位置制御部を備える。レーザ遮光の有無が切り替わるタイミングで角度を位置情報として取得し、コネクタハウジング80の幅方向の中央位置を検出する。【選択図】図7 |
