PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a dust cover.SOLUTION: A suspension device includes: a cylinder incorporating an attenuation device; a piston rod at least partially protruding from the cylinder; a coil spring where one end part is supported by the cylinder and the other end part is supported by the piston rod; a dust cover 60 which is formed into a cylindrical shape so as to expand/contract or bend, includes an end part configured to engage with an upper rubber sheet 34, and covers at least a part of the cylinder; and deformable engagement parts (a cover holding part 342 of the upper rubber sheet 34 and a connection recessed part 63 of the dust cover 60) which cause the dust cover 60 and the upper rubber sheet 34 to engage with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ダストカバーの取り付けを容易に行う。【解決手段】懸架装置は、減衰装置を内蔵するシリンダと、少なくとも一部がシリンダから突出するピストンロッドと、一方の端部がシリンダに支持され、他方の端部がピストンロッドに支持されるコイルスプリングと、伸縮または屈曲可能に筒状に形成されるとともに、端部が上ラバーシート３４に係合され、少なくともシリンダの一部を覆うダストカバー６０と、ダストカバー６０と上ラバーシート３４とを係合する変形可能な係合部（上ラバーシート３４のカバー保持部３４２、およびダストカバー６０の接続凹部６３）とを備える。【選択図】図２
