Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a coil bobbin and a deburring device capable of efficiently removing burrs which are formed between flanges of the coil bobbin.SOLUTION: In the deburring device, a deburring section including a cutting tool, a deburring part 11c including an ultrasonic wave generator 17 and a brushing part are provided in a conveyance path of a coil bobbin 4. In the deburring part 11c, distal ends 171a and 171b of a horn 171 of the ultrasonic wave generator 17 is moved in between first flanges 421 and 422 and second flanges 431 and 432 of the coil bobbin 4 along a parting line P. The distal ends 171a and 171b of the horn 171 become axial parts having the size in a direction of an axial line L equal to an interval between the first flanges 421 and 422 and the second flanges 431 and 432 and during deburring, the coil bobbin 4 is rotated in a circumferential direction in a reciprocal manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】コイルボビンのフランジ部の間に形成されたバリを効率よく除去することのできるコイルボビンの製造方法、およびバリ取り装置を提供する。【解決手段】バリ取り装置では、コイルボビン4の搬送経路に、切削工具を備えたバリ取り部、超音波発生装置17を備えたバリ取り部11c、およびブラッシング部が設けられている。バリ取り部11cでは、コイルボビン4の第1フランジ部421、422と第2フランジ部431、432との間に超音波発生装置17のホーン171の先端部171a、171bをパーティングラインPに沿って進入させる。ホーン171の先端部171a、171bは、軸線L方向のサイズが第1フランジ部421、422と第2フランジ部431、432との間隔と等しい軸部になっており、バリ取りの際、コイルボビン4を周方向に往復回転させる。【選択図】図5 |
