Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a maintenance period by grasping a facility deterioration state and abnormal sign.SOLUTION: A facility deterioration state determination system comprises: plural kinds of detection means disposed on a facility having plural kinds of appliances, and capable of detecting different physical amounts; data collection means for collecting signals output from the plural detection means; and an analyzer for determining a facility deterioration state by using a residue obtained by performing statistical processing to measurement values collected by the data processing device, as an index. The analyzer executes multiple regression analysis to the measurement values which are acquired for every appliance forming the facility, executes main component analysis to the plural kinds of measurement values acquired regardless of appliances forming the facility, and based on results of the multiple regression analysis and main component analysis, determines the deterioration state of the facility and displays a determination result on a display device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】設備の劣化状態や異常の予兆をとらえてメンテナンス時期を決定できるようにする。【解決手段】複数種類の機器を備えた設備に設けられ異なる物理量を検出可能な複数種類の検出手段と、前記複数の検出手段からの信号を収集するデータ収集手段と、前記データ処理装置によって収集された計測値に統計処理を施して得られた残差を指標として設備の劣化状態を判定する分析装置とを備えた設備の劣化状態判定システムにおいて、前記分析装置は、前記設備を構成する機器ごとに取得された計測値に対して重回帰分析を実行するとともに、前記設備を構成する機器を問わず取得された複数種類の計測値に対して主成分分析を実行し、前記重回帰分析の結果および前記主成分分析の結果に基づいて設備の劣化状態を判定して判定結果を表示装置に表示可能に構成した。【選択図】図5
