Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection measurement device capable of performing proper measurement.SOLUTION: A measurement control device 7 calculates sonic speed con the basis of a difference Dt of arrival time at two pressure sensors 4 of pressure vibration generated by injection of liquid from an injection nozzle 2 into a closed container 1 with a predetermined injection pattern, and a difference (L2-L1) from a tip end of the injection nozzle 2 to probes on tip ends of two pressure sensors 4, measures frequency fof the pressure vibration, and sets a wavelength λ of a basic vibration by using λ=c/f, in a calibration operation. The measurement device 7 calculates measurement of a liquid injection amount Iq, by using a volume V of the closed container 1, the frequency f of the pressure vibration calculated with respect to the injection of the liquid, a rise amount ΔP of the pressure, and the set wavelength λ, by using Iq=(ΔP×V)/(f×λ), in a measurement operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】適正な計測を行えるようにする。【解決手段】キャリブレーション動作において、測定制御装置7は、インジェクションノズル2からの所定の噴射パターンの密閉容器1内への噴射によって発生した圧力振動の二つの圧力センサ4への到達時間の差Dtと、インジェクションノズル2の先端から二つの圧力センサ4の先端の測定子までの距離の差(L2-L1)より音速cdを算出すると共に、圧力振動の周波数fdを測定し、λ= cd/fdにより基本振動の波長λを設定する。計測動作において、測定制御装置7は、液体噴射量Iqの計測を、密閉容器1の容積Vと、液体の噴射に対して算定された圧力振動の周波数fと、圧力の上昇量ΔPと、設定された波長λとを用いて、Iq = (ΔP?V) / (f2?λ2)により算出する。【選択図】図1 |
