VALVE HAVING DIAPHRAGM WELDED TO ASSIST RELEASING FORCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve having a diaphragm of which releasing force is assisted.SOLUTION: A diaphragm 100 is a diaphragm assembly comprising a dome-shaped diaphragm 102 having a surface 102a contacted with a valve seat for closing a valve and a bias member 104. The bias member 104 may be applicable as the dome-shaped diaphragm. The diaphragm 102 has a central part 106 to which the bias member 104 is attached by welding, for example. The diaphragm 102 and the bias member 104 can be fitted well to each other and each of them may be circle in shape and may include a dome-shaped portion.
