Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric tilt device of a forklift truck which prevents the front visual field of an operator from being significantly deteriorated, uses a small number of components, enables improvement of the productivity, and achieves a compact form.SOLUTION: An electric tilt device 1 includes: an electric motor 10 which rotates an output shaft 101 extending in a vertical direction Z; a screw shaft 11 which is disposed in the vertical direction Z so as to be arranged parallel to the output shaft 101; a nut body 14 threadedly engaged with the screw shaft 11; a transmission mechanism 18 which transmits rotation of the output shaft 101 to rotation of the nut body 14; and a pressing member 12 connected with the screw shaft 11. Movement of the screw shaft 11 causes the pressing member 12 to press and tilt a fork 5. A link part 120 includes a pair of links 120a disposed at both sides of the screw shaft 11. A second shaft 132 is provided so as not to protrude from outer surfaces 120b of the pair of links 120a. A roller part 121 includes a pair of rollers 121a which respectively rotate around rotary shafts 121b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】オペレータの前方視界が大幅に悪化することを防止すると共に、部品点数が少なく、生産性を向上し、かつ、コンパクトにすること。【解決手段】電動式ティルト装置1は、上下方向Zに延設された出力軸101を回転する電動機10と、出力軸101と平行に上下方向Zに配置されたねじ軸11と、ねじ軸11に螺合したナット体14と、出力軸101の回転をナット体14の回転に伝達する伝達機構18と、ねじ軸11に連結された押圧部材12と、を備える。押圧部材12は、ねじ軸11の移動によってフォーク5を押圧してティルトする。リンク部120は、ねじ軸11の両側に配置される一対のリンク120aを備える。第2軸132は、一対のリンク120aの外側面120bから突出しないように設けられる。ローラ部121は、各回転軸121bのまわりを回転する一対のローラ121aを備える。【選択図】図6 |
