Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure printing machine capable of suppressing generation of spoilage due to a poor estimate in paster.SOLUTION: A gravure printing machine is provided with paster notification means for notifying estimate control means of paster generation information in paster, in which the estimate control means has: first estimate control means for controlling an estimate in the case except in the paster; and second estimate control means for controlling the estimate in the paster, and the second estimate control means has means for suppressing the maximum value and the minimum value to change to time of estimate displacement between an estimate mark printed by a printing unit which a base material first meets and an estimate mark printed by a printing unit which the base material meets in second time, or a waveform showing change to travel length of the base material with the estimate displacement, switches the estimate control means to the second estimate control means at a point of time when the paster generation information is received by the paster notification means, and switches the estimate control means to the first estimate control means when the estimate displacement is settled within a range of allowance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】ペースター時の見当不良による損紙の発生を抑制することが出来るグラビア印刷機を提供する。【解決手段】ペースターの際に、見当制御手段にペースター発生情報を通知するペースター通知手段を備え、見当制御手段は、ペースター時以外の場合で見当制御を行う第1の見当制御手段と、ペースター時に見当制御を行う第2の見当制御手段とを有し、第2の見当制御手段は、基材が最初に出会う印刷ユニットで印刷された見当マークと二度目に出会った印刷ユニットで印刷された見当マークとの間の見当ずれの時間に対する変化、または、見当ずれの基材の走行長に対する変化を示す波形に対して、最大値と最小値とを抑える手段を有し、ペースター通知手段よりペースター発生情報を受信した時点で第2の見当制御手段に切り替え、見当ずれが許容値の範囲内に納まった場合に、第1の見当制御手段に切り替えるグラビア印刷機。【選択図】図10 |
