Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance an accuracy of an operation timing of an air motor in a screw driver which utilizes compressed-air as a power source.SOLUTION: Fig. 8 shows a state that since a main piston part 25 lowers and an O-ring 25b is located underside an air hole 31a, compressed-air on a slider chamber side flows into a third air passage 10d via the air hole 31a and rotation of an air motor 21 is started, that is, a state immediately after a driving operation is completed and a fastening operation is started. As said above, an operation of the air motor 21 is quickly performed at that time by directly supplying compressed-air in an accumulator 52 to the air motor 21 by use of a pilot valve 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】圧縮空気を動力源としたねじ打機において、エアモータの動作タイミングの精度を向上させる。【解決手段】図8は、主ピストン部25が下降してOリング25bが通気孔31aよりも下側となったために、スライダ室側の圧縮空気が通気孔31aを介して第3空気通路10dに流れ、エアモータ21が回転を始めた状態、すなわち、打ち込み動作が終了し締め込み動作が開始した直後の状態を示す。前記の通り、パイロットバルブ100を用いて蓄圧室52内の圧縮空気を直接エアモータ21に供給することによって、この際のエアモータ21の動作は迅速に行われる。【選択図】図8 |
