Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly utilize user data.SOLUTION: An extraction device according to the application includes an acquisition unit and a notification unit. The acquisition unit obtains as an extraction result the number of users corresponding to an arbitrary query among action histories of users to be processed, by making a predetermined web retrieval engine execute extraction processing on the basis of the arbitrary query received from an information user. The notification unit notifies the information user who has posted the arbitrary query, of the number of users which has been obtained by the acquisition unit.
