VENTILATION DEVICE WITH FILTER STAIN DETECTING FUNCTION, AND METHOD OF DETECTING FILTER STAIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device in each use stage, and a method of detecting a stain of a filter in the ventilation device.SOLUTION: A ventilation device includes: a body 10; an intake port 11 and an exhaust port 12 provided on the body; a filter 13 attached to a rear part of the intake port; and a pressure measurement module 2 provided between the filter and the exhaust port. The pressure measurement module measures pressure related data when the ventilation device starts as initial data, and continuously measures the pressure related data as work data, after the ventilation device starts. The pressure measurement module transmits the initial data and the work data to an analyzing and monitoring device 3. The analyzing and monitoring device calculates reference pressure difference on the basis of the initial data, calculates work pressure difference on the basis of the work data, and determines whether the filter of the ventilation device should be replaced or not, on the basis of a comparison result between the work pressure difference and the reference pressure difference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】各使用段階における換気装置及び換気装置のフィルタ汚れ検出方法を提供。【解決手段】本体１０と、本体に設けられる吸気口１１及び排気口１２と、吸気口の後方に取り付けられるフィルタ１３と、フィルタと排気口との間に設けられ、圧力計測モジュール２と、を備えた換気装置である。圧力計測モジュールは、換気装置が起動した際の圧力関連データを初期データとして計測するとともに、換気装置が起動した後に、作業データとしての圧力関連データを持続して計測する、そして、圧力計測モジュールは、初期データ及び作業データを分析監視装置３に伝達する。分析監視装置は、初期データに基づいて基準圧力差を算出するとともに、作業データに基づいて作業圧力差を算出し、作業圧力差と基準圧力差との比較結果に基づいて換気装置のフィルタを交換する必要があるか否かを判断する。【選択図】図１
