Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle back door structure capable of improving the degree of freedom for design in relation to the placement of a window.SOLUTION: A vehicle back door structure comprises a back door frame 17 having a window frame portion 23, a back window 19 disposed on a vehicle outer side of the window frame portion 23 of the back door frame 17, and a viewing prevention member 21 having a cover portion 32 for covering a gap 36 between the back window 19 and the window frame portion 23. The back window 19 is joined to the back door frame 17 via the viewing prevention member 21.
