Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device and a communication system, which can achieve appropriate communication policy information according to a change in communication quality in communication via a relay unit of a wireless LAN while limiting influence on use of communication services via a relay unit of a wireless LAN.SOLUTION: In a communication system, connection processing on a relay unit is controlled based on communication policy information relevant to communication via a relay unit of wireless LAN; and after communication processing on the relay unit is completed, before use of communication services via the relay unit is started, communication quality of communication via the relay unit is measured and measurement result of the measured communication quality is transmitted to a policy management device which manages the communication policy information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】無線ＬＡＮの中継装置を介した通信サービスの利用への影響を抑えつつ、無線ＬＡＮの中継装置を介した通信における通信品質の変化に応じた通信ポリシー情報の適正化を図ることができる通信端末装置及び通信システムを提供する。【解決手段】無線ＬＡＮの中継装置を介した通信に関する通信ポリシー情報に基づいて中継装置への接続処理を制御する。また、中継装置との接続処理が完了した後、中継装置を介した通信サービスの利用を開始する前に、中継装置を介した通信の通信品質を測定し、その測定された通信品質の測定結果を、通信ポリシー情報を管理するポリシー管理装置に送信する。【選択図】図５
