At least one of the plurality of signal lines, gate electrode, source electrode, drain electrode, and second electrode is formed of a conductive material including a metal nanowire structure 184 and a polymeric substance 182, and the metal nanowire structure 184 is inserted into the polymeric substance 182.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
