Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for vibration detection with higher accuracy in a vibration detection device in which a sensor which detects vibration and a power generation mechanism which generates power by vibrating a movable part are integrally configured.SOLUTION: There is provided a vibration detection method for detecting vibration of a facility using a vibration detection device comprising a vibration sensor which detects vibration of the facility and a power generation unit which generates power by vibrating a movable part according to the vibration of the facility. The vibration detection method includes the steps of: performing frequency analysis processing for extracting a frequency component corresponding to vibration of the movable part on the basis of a waveform representing the voltage generated by the power generation unit; and performing filter processing for removing the extracted frequency component corresponding to vibration of the movable part from a vibration signal representing the vibration of the facility detected by the vibration sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】振動を検出するセンサと、可動部を振動させることにより発電を行う発電機構と、が一体的に構成される振動検出装置において、より高精度に振動を検出することを可能にする。【解決手段】設備の振動を検出する振動センサと、前記設備の振動に応じて可動部を振動させることにより発電を行う発電部と、を備える振動検出装置を用いて設備の振動を検出する振動検出方法であって、前記発電部によって発電された電圧を表す波形に基づいて、前記可動部の振動に対応する周波数成分を抽出する周波数解析処理を行うステップと、前記振動センサによって検出された設備の振動を表す振動信号から、抽出された前記可動部の振動に対応する周波数成分を除去するフィルタ処理を行うステップと、を含む、ことを特徴とする、振動検出方法を提供する。【選択図】図4 |
