PRODUCTION METHOD OF NANOPARTICLE WHICH USES NATURALLY OCCURRING COMPONENT AS SUBSTRATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for the production of nanoparticles derived from natural product using functional materials of a gallate type catechin and an animal protein.SOLUTION: Nanoparticles are formed by dissolving or dispersing a gallate type catechin or a composition containing gallate type catechin into water, a water-containing solvent, or an organic solvent to produce a gallate type catechin-containing solution or dispersion liquid; dissolving or swelling gelatin, collagen, and at least one kind of animal protein selected from these degradation products into water, a water-containing solvent, or an organic solvent to produce an animal protein-containing solution or swelling liquid; mixing the gallate type catechin-containing solution or dispersion liquid and the animal protein-containing liquid or swelling liquid so that the amount of the solid content (b) of the animal protein to the solid content (a) of the gallate type catechin is 0.07≤(b)/(a)≤7.0. In the mixed solution adjusted to pH 1.0-4.0, the mean particle diameter is 10-100 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ガレート型カテキンおよび動物性タンパク質という機能性素材を用いた天然物由来のナノ粒子を作製する製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】ガレート型カテキンまたはガレート型カテキンを含む組成物を、水または含水溶媒または有機溶媒に溶解または分散させて、ガレート型カテキン含有溶液または分散液を作製し、ゼラチン、コラーゲン、およびこれらの分解物から選ばれる少なくとも１種の動物性タンパク質を、水または含水溶媒または有機溶媒に溶解または膨潤させて、動物性タンパク質含有溶液または膨潤液を作製し、前記ガレート型カテキン含有溶液又は分散液と、前記動物性タンパク質含有液または膨潤液とをガレート型カテキンの固形分（ａ）、動物性タンパク質の固形分（ｂ）の重量が０．０７≦（ｂ）／（ａ）≦７．０となるように混合し、ｐＨ１．０〜４．０に調整した混合液中において平均粒子径が１０〜１００ｎｍである、ナノ粒子を形成させる。【選択図】なし
