Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an injection molding machine capable of efficiently molding a molded product having a complicated structure; and an injection compression molding method making it possible to perform the molding.SOLUTION: As a setting item of molding conditions, driving conditions for a plurality of valve gates VG1 to VG8 are set, and a multistage mold fastening condition to be executed in an injection process is set to a molding condition setting part. When an operator indicates a start of a continuous automatic operation, a microcomputer 20 executes opening/closing control of the valve gates and driving control of a mold fastening mechanism according to the molding conditions set to the molding condition setting part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】複雑構造の成形品を効率よく成形可能な射出成形機と、そのような成形を可能とする射出圧縮成型方法を提供する。【解決手段】成形条件設定部に、成形条件の設定項目として、複数のバルブゲートVG1〜VG8の駆動条件を設定すると共に、射出工程において実行される多段階の型締条件を設定する。マイコン20は、操作者によって連続自動運転の開始が指示されたとき、成形条件設定部に設定された成形条件にしたがって、バルブゲートの開閉制御及び型締機構の駆動制御を実行する。【選択図】図9 |
