Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood vessel shape measurement apparatus which performs correct measurement in a relatively short time.SOLUTION: A biological blood vessel state measurement apparatus includes an electrocardiograph 20 which measures the electrocardiogram of a person to be measured 8. A positive pressure electromagnetic valve 48, a negative pressure electromagnetic valve 58 and the like change the internal pressure of a pressure vessel 18 storing a part of the person to be measured 8 in synchronization with the electrocardiogram measured by the electrocardiograph 20. An ultrasonic probe 22 measures the cross-sectional shape value of an artery in the case where the internal pressure of the pressure vessel 18 is an atmospheric pressure. Consequently, movement of the position of the artery to be a measurement object in the body can be suitably suppressed, and the time until the occurrence of active change in the blood vessel diameter can be shortened by for example expanding the artery with the load of negative pressure at the time of expansion of the artery in accordance with the heart rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】比較的短時間で正確な測定を実現する血管形状測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】被測定者8の心電図を測定する心電計20を備え、陽圧電磁弁48及び陰圧電磁弁58等は、被測定者8における一部を収容した圧力容器18の内圧を、心電計20により測定される心電図に同期して変化させるものであり、超音波プローブ22は、圧力容器18の内圧が大気圧とされた際における動脈の断面形状値を測定するものであることから、測定対象となる動脈の位置が体内で移動することを好適に抑制できることに加え、心拍に応じて動脈が拡張される際に、例えば陰圧の負荷によりその動脈を更に拡張させることで、血管径の能動的変化が発生するまでの時間を短縮することができる。【選択図】図1 |
