PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe which enables a user to obtain a smooth shift of weight and transfer of a driving force and which holds a balance to materialize accurate and fatigueless walking, by holding with one belt an arch that goes along the sole projecting upward and thereby supporting the arch that becomes low with a body weight imparted thereto.SOLUTION: The shoe includes: a shoe body 1; a pull-up belt 2 which is fixedly attached at the base end 21 to one upper piece 12 of the shoe body and which has a prescribed width/length having an engaging part 22 in the inner face of the tip end; an inside vertical arch supporting means 3 which is arranged correspondingly to the vertical arch of foot inside a foot, which is fixedly attached in the lower side part 31a to the upper edge of the sole 11 of the shoe body, and which has a belt loop 32 for folding back in the upper side part; an outside vertical arch supporting means 4 which is arranged correspondingly to the vertical arch of foot outside the foot, which is fixedly attached in the lower side part to the upper edge of the sole 11 of the shoe body, and which has a belt loop 42 for folding back in the upper side part; and an engaging receiving part which is arranged in the lower side part of the outside vertical arch supporting menas 4, and which is engaged and disengaged with the engaging part of the pull-up belt 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】上方に凸な足底に沿ったアーチを１本のベルトで保持することで、体重がかかると低くなるアーチを支持してスムーズな体重移動と推進力の伝達を得ると共に、パランスを保持して正確で疲れ難い歩行を実現する靴を提供する。【解決手段】靴本体１と、靴本体の一方の甲片部１２に基端２１が固着され、先端部内面に係合部２２を備えた所定幅長さを有する引き上げベルト２と、足の内側の縦足弓に対応して配備され、下辺部３１ａが靴本体のソール１１上縁に固着されると共に、上辺部に折り返し用ベルト通し部３２を備える内側縦アーチ支持手段３と、足の外側の縦足弓に対応して配備され、下辺部が靴本体のソール１１上縁に固着されると共に、上辺部に折り返し用ベルト通し部４２を備える外側縦アーチ支持手段４と、外側縦アーチ支持手段４の下辺部に配備され引き上げベルト２の係合部に係脱する係合受け部とからなることを特徴とする靴。【選択図】図１
