Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which has an ion exchange layer uniform in thickness and formed on a surface of a release layer by coating, and which is superior in heat resistance, and excellent in peelability between the ion exchange layer and the release layer even at a high temperature.SOLUTION: A laminate comprises: a release layer including a polysulfone-based resin; and an ion exchange layer including an ion exchange resin and laminated on at least one surface of the release layer. The polysulfone-based resin may be a polyether sulfone resin. The polysulfone-based resin may have a reduced viscosity of 0.5 or less in a dimethyl formamide solution the concentration of which is 1 g/100 ml at 25°C. The polysulfone-based resin may have a glass transition temperature of 200°C or higher. The ion exchange resin may be a fluorine resin having a sulfonic group in a side chain. The ion exchange layer may consist of an electrolyte film and/or an electrode film.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】コーティングにより離型層の表面に均一な厚みを有するイオン交換層が形成されており、かつ耐熱性に優れ、高温であっても前記イオン交換層と離型層との剥離性に優れる積層体を提供する。【解決手段】ポリスルホン系樹脂を含む離型層の少なくとも一方の面にイオン交換樹脂を含むイオン交換層を積層する。前記ポリスルホン系樹脂はポリエーテルスルホン樹脂であってもよい。前記ポリスルホン系樹脂は、25℃において1g/100ml濃度のジメチルホルムアミド溶液において、0.5以下の還元粘度を有していてもよい。前記ポリスルホン系樹脂は、200℃以上のガラス転移温度を有していてもよい。前記イオン交換樹脂は側鎖にスルホン酸基を有するフッ素樹脂であってもよい。前記イオン交換層は、電解質膜及び/又は電極膜であってもよい。【選択図】なし |
