PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like workpiece holding member suspending a plate-like workpiece, which firmly holds the plate-like workpiece in a treatment liquid, and guides the treatment liquid dropping from the plate-like workpiece holding member in a state in which the plate-like workpiece is taken out from the treatment liquid in a direction separated from the plate-like workpiece.SOLUTION: There is provided a plate-like workpiece holding member suspending a plate-like workpiece so as to immerse the plate-like workpiece in a treatment liquid to form a treatment film on a surface to be treated of the plate-like workpiece. The plate-like workpiece includes a pair of facing holding pieces holding the plate-like workpiece. Each of the holding pieces projects on a side facing a portion in which the plate-like workpiece is held.
