GAS BLOWING DEVICE OF COKE DRY EXTINGUISHMENT FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas blowing device of a coke dry extinguishment facility capable of suppressing dispersion of temperature of coke, and increasing and stabilizing an energy recovery amount of sensible heat of the coke.SOLUTION: In a gas blowing device 7 of a coke dry extinguishment facility 1 for blowing gas from a lower part of a cooling tower 2 into which coke is charged from an upper part, such a constitution is adopted that a plurality of blast heads 30 through which gas is blown are provided, and that the plurality of blast heads 30 are arranged so that each size thereof becomes smaller successively toward the upper side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】コークスの温度のばらつきを抑制し、コークスの顕熱のエネルギー回収量の増加及び安定を図ることのできるコークス乾式消火設備のガス吹込装置の提供。【解決手段】上部においてコークスが装入される冷却塔２の下部からガスを吹き込むコークス乾式消火設備１のガス吹込装置７であって、ガスを吹き込むブラストヘッド３０を複数有し、複数のブラストヘッド３０は、上方に向かってその大きさが順に小さくなるように配置されている、という構成を採用する。【選択図】図１
