Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure which has sufficient horizontal plane rigidity, and can obtain favorable sound insulation performance with respect to a heavy floor impact sound, in a dry floor structure laid with a floor panel on a floor structure face.SOLUTION: A floor panel 10 in which stress dispersion members 4 formed of steel plates are interposed in a plurality of rows between an upper face material 11 composed of a flat woody plate, and a lower face material 12 composed of a flat steel plate is laid on a floor structure face 1 including at least a pair of floor beams (girders) 2 which are oppositely arranged in a horizontal direction, and edges of the lower face material 12 are connected to the floor beams 2. Each of the stress dispersion member 4 has a trapezoidal hat-shaped cross section composed of a horizontal apex face 41 extending in a uniform width, a pair of inclined faces 42 which are obliquely and downwardly hung out to the outside from both the edges, and a pair of leg pieces 43 which are laterally hung out to the outside from a lower edge of each inclined face 42. The apex face 41 is connected to a lower face of the upper face member 11, and in a state where the leg pieces 43 are slidably placed on the upper face of the lower face material 12 in a horizontal direction, the leg pieces are arranged in parallel with each other while being separated from each other over an entire clearance between the floor beams 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】床構面に床パネルを載架する乾式の床構造において、十分な水平面剛性があり、重量床衝撃音についても良好な遮音性能が得られる床構造を提供する。【解決手段】平坦な木質板からなる上面材11と、平坦な鋼板からなる下面材12との間に、鋼板製の応力分散部材4を複数列、介装してなる床パネル10を、水平方向に対向配置された少なくとも一対の床梁(大梁)2を含む床構面1に載架して、下面材12の縁部を床梁2に結合する。応力分散部材4は、一様幅で延びる水平な頂面部41と、その両側縁から外側斜め下向きに張り出す一対の斜面部42と、各斜面部42の下縁から外側横向きに張り出す一対の脚片部43と、からなる台形ハット状の断面を有し、頂面部41が上面材11の下面に結合され、脚片部43が下面材12の上面に水平方向に摺動可能に載置された状態で、床梁2の梁間全体にわたり互いに離隔して平行に配置される。【選択図】 図3 |
