Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator that resolves a load change to be generated before and after an operation of the actuator using a SMA (shape memory alloy), and to be received by the SMA from a twisted coil spring.SOLUTION: An actuator A comprises: a lever 3; a SMA (shape memory alloy)4; and a twisted coil spring 9, in which the lever 3 has protrusion parts 3c and 3d coaxial with a rotary shaft, an intermediate part 4d of the SMA4 is wound around circumferential faces of the protrusion parts 3c and 3d, and both end parts 4a and 4c thereof are fixed to a base 1. Contraction of the SMA4 causes the lever 3 to rotate centering around a shaft hole 3b, and after the lever 3 is rotated, the twisted coil spring 9 causes the lever 3 to return to a state before rotated. The SMA4 is wound around the protrusion parts 3c and 3d, which makes the actuator A operable without changing a direction of a load F to be received from the twisted coil spring 9 before and after the rotation of the lever 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】本発明は、SMA(形状記憶合金)を利用したアクチュエータの動作前後に生じる、SMAがねじりコイルバネから受ける荷重変化を解消したアクチュエータを提供する。【解決手段】アクチュエータAは、レバー3、SMA4、ねじりコイルバネ9から構成される。レバー3は回動軸Lと同心の突部3c,3dを有しており、SMA4の中間部4bがその突部3c,3dの周面に掛け回され、両端部4a,4cがベース1に固定されている。アクチュエータAは、SMA4の収縮によってレバー3が軸穴3bを中心にして回転し、回転後はねじりコイルバネ9によって回転前の状態へと戻る。SMA4は突部3c,3dに掛け回されているため、レバー3の回転前後でねじりコイルバネ9から受ける荷重Fの向きを変化させずに動作ができる。【選択図】 図2 |
