Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve monitoring capability of a combustion state at a heating boiler provided with a hollow cylindrical heat exchanging can body.SOLUTION: A heating boiler of this invention comprises: a pot burner 1 for igniting fuel; a hollow cylindrical heat exchanging can body 31 vertically installed, having an inner cylinder 33 with combustion gas of the pot burner 1 passing in it and an outer cylinder 34 arranged outside the inner cylinder 33, and formed with a space 37 for accepting heat medium between the inner cylinder 33 and the outer cylinder 34; and a flame rod 16 for detecting flame of the pot burner 1. The heat exchanging can body 31 is provided with an inlet 35 into which heat medium from a radiator flows and an outlet 36 for flowing out the heat medium toward the radiator, and the flame rod 16 is installed at a circumferential position different from a position just below the inlet 35 of the heat exchanging can body 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】中空円筒状の熱交換缶体を備える暖房用ボイラにおいて、燃焼状態の監視能力を高める。【解決手段】暖房用ボイラは、燃料を燃焼させるポットバーナ1と、ポットバーナ1の燃焼ガスが内側を通る内筒33、および該内筒33の外側に配置される外筒34を有し、内筒33と外筒34との間に熱媒体を受容する空間37が形成され、鉛直方向に設置される中空円筒状の熱交換缶体31と、ポットバーナ1の炎を検知するフレームロッド16と、を備えている。熱交換缶体31に、放熱器からの熱媒体が流入する流入口35と、放熱器に向けて熱媒体が流出する流出口36とが設けられ、フレームロッド16は、熱交換缶体31の流入口35の直下方とは異なる周方向位置に設置されている。【選択図】図2 |
