ADHESION INHIBITING PROCESS AID AND ITS USE IN MANUFACTURING WATER ABSORPTIVE PARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a water absorptive polymer used for manufacturing ultra absorber.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method including (i) a process of mixing (α1) a polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated acid group-containing monomer of 0.1 to 99.999 wt.%, (α2) a copolymerizable ethylenically unsaturated monomer of 0 to 70 wt.%, (α3) a crosslinking agent of 0.001 to 10 wt.%, (α4) a water soluble polymer of 0 to 30 wt.%, (α5) water of 0 to 80 wt.% and (α6) an assistant of 0 to 20 wt.%, (ii) a process of free radical polymerization and crosslinking to obtain an aqueous hydrogel polymer, (iii) a process of drying, (iv) a process of conducting pulverization and sieving, (v) a process of surface post crosslinking the hydrogel polymer to which pulverization and sieving have been conducted, (vi) a process of drying and a final treatment of the resulting water absorptive polymer, where an adhesion inhibiting process aid is used alone or as a mixture before conducting the process (iii) and/or during the process (iii).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】超吸収体の製造に用いる、吸水性ポリマーの製造方法の提供。【解決手段】（ｉ）（α１）０．１〜９９．９９９重量％の重合性エチレン性不飽和酸基含有モノマーと、（α２）０〜７０重量％の共重合可能なエチレン性不飽和モノマーと、（α３）０．００１〜１０重量％の架橋剤と、（α４）０〜３０重量％の水溶性ポリマーと、（α５）０〜８０重量％の水と、（α６）０〜２０重量％の助剤と、を混合する工程と、（ｉｉ）フリーラジカル重合及び架橋させて水性ヒドロゲルポリマーを得る工程と、（ｉｉｉ）乾燥させる工程と、（ｉｖ）粉砕及び篩い分けを行う工程と、（ｖ）粉砕及び篩い分けを行ったヒドロゲルポリマーを表面後架橋させる工程と、（ｖｉ）得られた吸水性ポリマーの乾燥及び最終処理を行う工程と、を含み、前記工程（ｉｉｉ）の実施前及び／又は前記工程（ｉｉｉ）の実施中に付着防止加工助剤を単独又は混合物として使用する製造方法。【選択図】なし
