INQUIRY-AND-ANSWERING SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD OF INQUIRY-AND-ANSWERING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for performing inquiry-and-answering capable of allowing users to swiftly obtain desired information.SOLUTION: The inquiry-and-answering system that transmits an inquiry sentence to other users, which includes: inquiry sentence acquisition means that acquires an inquiry sentence which is previously transmitted by a user of the system to other users and an inquiry situation, that is, a situation when the inquiry sentence was transmitted; classification means that classifies the acquired inquiry sentence into an inquiry class; learning means that learns a relationship between the inquiry state and the inquiry class; estimation means that estimates an inquiry class corresponding to a present situation based on the learning result and the present situation; inquiry generating means that generates an inquiry sentence based on the estimated inquiry class; and inquiry transmission means that transmits the generated inquiry sentence to the other users.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ユーザ同士が質疑応答を行うシステムにおいて、ユーザが望む情報をより迅速に取得する。【解決手段】質問文を他のユーザに送信する質疑応答装置であって、装置の利用者が他のユーザに対して過去に送信した質問文と、当該質問文を送信した際の状況である質問状況とを取得する質問文取得手段と、前記取得した質問文を質問クラスに分類する分類手段と、前記質問状況および前記質問クラスの対応付けを学習する学習手段と、前記学習の結果と、現在の状況に基づいて、現在の状況に対応する質問クラスを推定する推定手段と、前記推定した質問クラスに基づいて、質問文を生成する質問生成手段と、前記生成した質問文を他のユーザに送信する質問送信手段と、を有する。【選択図】図１
