Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for distributing cooling agent uniformly against a plurality of heat transfer devices.SOLUTION: A flow distributor 100 for a heat transfer device having a plurality of passages comprises a sheath part 101 defining a plurality of distribution holes constituted to connect each of distribution holes 107 with each of passage inlets of each passage of the heat transfer device and an insertion part 103 defining a plurality of flow passages and a fluid flowing-in part 105. The insertion part is disposed within the sheath part so as to tightly close the flow passage under a state in which each of the flow passages is connected in fluid with each one of the distribution holes.
